After receiving 6,598 applications, Sat.1 Germany and Joyn are proceeding with the new business format 'Die Millionenidee - mit Ralf Dümmel' and have announced a fall launch. Cameras will accompany a successful entrepreneur as he develops some of the ideas into finished, market-ready products, with a 50:50 profit split with the original idea creators. EndemolShine Germany produces the show.

Prime Video Germany is seeing success with the new season of Banijay's strategic reality competition 'The 50', ranking in the top 10 weekly streaming charts. Fifty reality stars compete to gain power and avoid elimination inside a castle controlled by a mysterious Game Master.

In the U.K., Prime Video drew almost 4.4M total viewers for the season 2 premiere of 'LOL: Last One Laughing', ranking in the top 10 weekly BARB chart, not far from BBC's 'The Apprentice'. A cast of comedic actors and stand-ups compete to make each other laugh first in this format based on the Japanese 'Documental' from Yoshimoto Kogyo.

New format to debut next week: M6 France will launch 'Cougar Island' in late fringe. In this dating experiment, women aged 45-55 are looking for love with younger men, but men their own age also join, leading to a generational battle.

Banijay Entertainment will globally represent 'Battleground', a fitness competition format from Rusk Media. It tracks fitness creators in a three-stage competition testing flexibility, endurance, agility, strength, and speed, with 24/7 cameras and power plays to outmaneuver rivals.

'One Born Every Minute' from Banijay, last aired in the U.K. in 2018, will return following a new commission from E4. The fixed-rig observational documentary format follows the raw and emotional moments experienced by expectant families and medical teams in delivery rooms.
