57th Rose d'Or Awards

Innovative TV and online entertainment will be awarded at 57th Rose d'Or Awards in Berlin at the Axica venue on Thursday, September 13, 2018.

Rose d'Or is an European Broadcasting Union (EBU) award open also to commercial shows. Trophies will be given out in the following categories at the 2018 Rose d’Or Awards: Comedy, Sitcom, Drama Series, Limited Series & TV Movie, Augmented Reality & Virtual Reality, Reality and Factual, Arts, Game Shows, Entertainment and Children & Youth Programmes.

Nearly 500 programmes from around 300 broadcasters and production companies were submitted for this year’s Rose d’Or Awards.

Entertainment programmes from 13 different countries have been nominated to win a Rose d’Or award at the 57th annual ceremony. The list of 39 nominees in 10 categories includes shows from Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Nominated in the Game Show category are Twofour Rights' 'What Would Your Kid Do?', 'Big Bounce Battle' by Endemol Shine, '5 Gold Rings' distributed by Talpa and Warner Bros.' format 'Sorry About That'. Full list of nominees in other categories is here.
