Bring Back Borstal

In the early 1900s, young criminals were sent to youth prisons. At that time, around seven out of 10 of them never committed a crime again. Today, nearly three quarters of young offenders released from prison reoffend within 12 months. What would happen if today's juvenile lawbreakers were sent to such an institution? In this experimental format, 13 adolescent troublemakers, most with criminal convictions, volunteer to become "prisoners". Banged up for four weeks, they'll be force-fed fitness, discipline and hard work. Can the miscreants of today handle the regimen of the past? (source: WBITVP)
